Two days that change what a kid thinks is possible

Most young people never meet a pilot. They never stand in a hangar, never touch a yoke, never hear somebody who looks like them say this is a job you can have. We fix that in a weekend.

Captain John Addison leads it. Cadets go behind the scenes, sit in the seat, and log real flight time. What they take home is not a souvenir. It is a logbook with their name in it.

Day one

Behind the scenes at the Southwest Airlines maintenance facility

Flight simulator and a 747 cabin tour at the Delta Flight Museum

Day two

Introductory flights with certified flight instructors

Pilot logbooks, where cadets record their first official flight time

Career panels with people doing the job right now
